# Site Visibility replaces Maintenance Mode, with honest HTTP status codes

### New

- Site Visibility modes: Coming Soon (HTTP 200, indexable teaser) and Maintenance (HTTP 503 + Retry-After, keeps rankings during downtime).

### Improved

- Renamed "Maintenance Mode" to "Site Visibility"; only administrators bypass it (regular logged-in users see the page), with a filter for secret-preview access.

### Fixed

- Site Visibility no longer blanks pages that use hand-built theme templates for logged-out visitors. the selected page now renders in place for any page type (Divi Builder layouts and coded templates alike).
