# Image Marquee

The Image Marquee module scrolls a row of images across the page in a continuous loop. Its one job is a moving strip of logos, photos or badges.

## How to add it

1. Open the page in the Divi 5 Visual Builder.
2. Click the plus icon in a row to add a module.
3. Search for **Image Marquee** and select it.
4. Under **Content > Images**, choose your images.

## Content tab

### Images

- **Choose Images**: pick the images to show. Images come from the WordPress Media Library.
- **Image Title**: **None** (default), **Title**, or **Caption as Title**. Shows the attachment title or caption under each image.
- **Title Position**: **Below Image** (default) or **Beside Image**.
- **Image Size**: **300 x 300**, **400 x 250** (default), **480 x 270**, **960 x 540**, or **Custom**.
- **Custom Width**: default 400px. Used when Image Size is Custom.
- **Custom Height**: default 250px. Used when Image Size is Custom.
- **Image Gap**: spacing between images. Default 20px.
- **Link To**: **None** (default), **Lightbox**, **Attachment Page**, or **Media File**.

### Marquee Settings

- **Pause on Hover**: on by default. Stops the scroll while the pointer is over the marquee.
- **Direction**: **Left** (default) or **Right**.
- **Speed**: scroll speed in pixels per second. Default 50, range 5 to 200.
- **Loop Count**: number of loops. Default 0, which means it loops without end.
- **Edge Fade**: on by default. Fades the left and right edges.
- **Fade Width**: default 100px.
- **Fade Color**: default white (#ffffff). Set it to match the section background.

- **Image** border and box shadow.
- **Background Color**: background behind each image.
- **Padding**: entered as top|right|bottom|left.

### Title

- **Title** font settings.
- **Padding**: entered as top|right|bottom|left.

## FAQ

### Does it work in Divi 4?

Yes. A Divi 4 version of the module exists in the plugin (shortcode `torq_image_slider`). The settings on this page are the Divi 5 settings.

### Can I use images that are not in the Media Library?

The module reads images by their Media Library attachment ID, so add the images to the Media Library first.

### How does Lightbox work?

When Link To is set to Lightbox, each image links to its full file and gets Divi's `et_pb_lightbox_image` class, so Divi's own lightbox opens it.

### What does the module do when no images are chosen?

It renders an empty wrapper with no track and no items.
