Divi Contact Form 7

The Divi Contact Form 7 plugin empowers you to effortlessly enhance the appearance and layout of Contact Form 7 using the intuitive Divi Visual Builder without manual coding.

NOTE: Divi Contact Form 7 module is only able to design the Contact Form 7 in Divi website. It will not add any extra functionality to the Contact Form 7 plugin. 

Requirement

Must install the Contact Form 7 Plugin

I) Create a Contact Form 7

1. Go to WordPress Dashboard
2. Click the “Contact”
3. Click “Add new”
4. Give a new contact form using form elements.
5. Give a title to the Form, e.g. wpsConatct 
6. If form field customization is needed customize the field 
7. Click “Save” 

II) Add the Contact Form 7

1. Go to your Divi Page
2. Enable Divi Builder
3. Add a New Module and search “Contact Form 7”
4. Add “Contact Form 7”
5. Content > Content > Select Contact Form 7, e.g. wpsConatct 

III) Style the Contact Form 7

1. Divi Contact Form 7 module settings
2. Go to the Design Tab
3. Design your Contact Form 7
