Divi Torque Lite 4.10 and Divi Torque Pro 2.0 are out. This is our largest release since the move to Divi 5. Together they add twelve new Divi modules, a new dashboard for both plugins, one new extension, and more than thirty fixes.
Everything here runs natively on Divi 5. There are no shortcode wrappers and no compatibility layer. If you still build with Divi 4, the converted modules keep working there too.
What's new in Divi Torque Lite 4.10
The free plugin now ships 41 Divi modules, and every one is built on the Divi 5 framework. Seven of them arrived in this cycle:
- Tooltip attaches a styled, keyboard-accessible tooltip to text, an icon, or an image.
- Call To Action pairs a headline with up to two buttons in three layouts.
- Creative Button brings ten hover effects, and each one also runs on keyboard focus.
- Image Accordion expands image panels on hover or click.
- Sticky Video docks a video to a corner when it scrolls out of view.
- Code Snippet renders syntax-highlighted code with line numbers and a copy button.
- SVG Draw animates an SVG stroke by stroke as it scrolls in.
Lite 4.10 also closes a long-standing icon bug. Divi 5 does not load the FontAwesome font for third-party modules, so icons rendered as empty boxes. The plugin now declares the font itself, and icons draw correctly on the front end and in the Visual Builder.
Carousel settings survive migration as well. Navigation and pagination options now carry over when Divi 5 converts a Divi 4 layout.
One dashboard for both plugins
Pro 2.0 replaces the old admin screen with a single dashboard app. Lite and Pro share it, and when both are active, Pro hosts the app and lists every Divi module in one place. Here is what it does:
- Shows which pages actually use each module, right on the Modules screen.
- Search, tier filters, and category filters across the whole library.
- One-click toggles. Disabled modules disappear from the Divi builder.
- Every extension gets its own settings page, including an in-pane SMTP test and a live Dark Mode preview.
- The legacy dashboard stays available as a fallback.
Five new Divi 5 modules in Pro
- Random Image shows one image from a set, picked at random on each load.
- Circle Info arranges stats or steps around an animated circle.
- Facebook Page embeds your Facebook page feed.
- Yelp Reviews pulls your Yelp reviews onto the page as social proof.
- Table Maker builds data tables that stay readable on a phone.
Advanced modules end the duplicate names
Until now, both plugins registered some modules under the same name. A site running Lite and Pro together showed two Icon Box entries in the Divi builder, with no way to tell them apart.
Pro 2.0 fixes this. Each Pro variant is now a separate module with its own name, such as Advanced Icon Box and Advanced Flip Card, and its own toggle in the dashboard. Saved layouts are safe because the underlying module slugs did not change. The split also gives the Pro versions room to grow deeper settings without touching the free ones.
With every module counted once, the family now spans 98 Divi modules: 41 free and 57 in Pro.
New extension: Site Launch Audit
Pro 2.0 adds a pre-launch checklist. It scans the site before you hand it over and reports missing titles, broken links, and setup gaps. Run it, fix what it lists, and launch with fewer surprises.
More than 30 fixes
A large part of this release is repair work. The highlights:
- The carousel engine no longer throws fatals, and Pro's copy is back in sync with Lite's.
- Google Reviews works on Divi 5 again: the carousel initialises, star ratings render, and long reviews are no longer cut off mid-character.
- Popup Maker no longer fatals on publish, and the metabox stops losing data on update.
- Instagram Feed stops refreshing its access token on every render.
- The Divi 4 to Divi 5 conversion outlines are complete, so converted modules no longer trigger the legacy modules banner.
- Three security patches: SVG sanitization, attribute escaping, and stricter popup capability checks.
Updates now arrive through WordPress
Pro licensing moved to a lighter SDK. Updates now show up in the native WordPress updater, next to your other plugins. Update notices appear on every install, and download packages require an active license. Nothing that is already running ever stops.
How to update
Lite 4.10 is live on WordPress.org, so update from your Plugins screen. Pro 2.0 appears in the WordPress updater once your license is active, and the package is also available from your account. The full release notes live on the changelog, and the whole library is on the modules page.
