Native Divi 5 ModuleFree

Divi Alert Box

Create inline notices to display important information within your content seamlessly. Ideal for alerts, announcements, and updates.

Why use the Divi Alert Box module?

A status message, a warning, or a small callout box comes up on almost every site, and stock Divi has no dedicated module for one. The usual fix is a Blurb styled by hand, or a code module with inline HTML.

Alert Box is a single module for exactly this: a coloured banner with an icon, a title, a description and an optional dismiss control, in six preset colour types.

The box beside this is the live module.

This alert is the live module.
Type, icon, and the dismiss control are all module settings.

Three more types, for pages that want a quieter tone than the status colours.

With a dismiss control

Questions people ask first

Short answers, all of them checked against what the module actually does.

Is the Alert Box module free?Yes. It ships in Divi Torque Lite on WordPress.org.Does it need Divi 5?It is a native Divi 5 module. A Divi 4 layout using the same module converts across, since it shares the same shortcode.Does dismissing an alert remember the choice for next time? No. Dismiss hides the alert for the current page view. Reloading the page brings it back. Can I add a seventh custom colour? Not as a type preset. The six types are fixed, though the background, border and text colours can be overridden by hand in Design. Can I use an image instead of an icon?Yes. The icon slot takes either a Divi icon or an uploaded image with its own alt text.Does it auto-dismiss after a few seconds? No. There is no timer. The only way to remove it is the dismiss control, if it is turned on.
