Telegram Chat

The Telegram Chat module adds a floating chat bubble to your page. When a visitor clicks it, a small chat window opens with your profile, a welcome message and a Start Chat button. The button sends the visitor to your Telegram account.

The chat window is static. It is not a live chat. It shows your greeting and hands the conversation to Telegram. The Start Chat button opens t.me/ followed by your username in a new tab.

Content

Telegram Username: Your Telegram username without the @, for example mychannel. Visitors are sent to t.me/ with this username.

Choose Template: Default, Support, Sale or Booking. The default is Default.

Chat Bubble

Bubble Position: Floating Bubble is the only option.

Bubble Alignment: Left, Right or Center. The default is Right.

Bubble Icon: Telegram, Icon 1, Icon 2, Icon 3 or Icon 4. The default is Telegram.

Bubble Text: Text shown next to the icon. It appears only in the Support and Booking templates. If left empty it shows "Need Help?".
Upload Custom Icon: A custom image for the bubble. It overrides the Bubble Icon selection.

Chat Header

Profile Name: The name shown in the chat header and above the welcome message.
Profile Caption: A short line under the profile name, for example "Typically replies within an hour".

Profile Image: The avatar shown in the chat header.

Welcome Message

Greeting Message: The welcome text shown in the chat window. Use it to set expectations, such as your usual response time.

Start Chat Button

Start Chat Text: The label of the button that opens the Telegram conversation.

Chat Bubble

Bubble Color: The background color of the chat bubble.
Bubble Icon Color: The fill color of the bundled bubble icons. It does not recolor a custom uploaded icon.
Size: The width and height of the round bubble.
Bubble Button Width: The width of the pill-shaped bubble. It applies to the Support and Booking templates with center alignment.
Icon Size: The width and height of the icon inside the bubble.

Chat Header

Header Background Color: The background color of the chat header.

Header Name Text and Header Caption Text

Font settings for the profile name and the caption.

Header Image

Border settings for the profile image.

Welcome Message Name and Welcome Message Text

Font settings for the name above the greeting and for the greeting text.

Start Chat Button

Background Color: The background color of the Start Chat button.

Font settings for the Start Chat button label.
