Testimonial Slider

The Testimonial Slider module rotates customer testimonials in an auto-playing slider. Choose one of six card skins, then add one Testimonial Slide for each testimonial. Each slide can show a quote, reviewer name, role, photo, star rating, date, company logo and a verified or social badge.

How to add the Testimonial Slider module

  1. Add a section and row, then add the Testimonial Slider module.
  2. Add a Testimonial Slide for each testimonial.
  3. Pick a Card Skin and set the slider controls.
  4. Style the card and each element in the Design tab.

Content Tab

Testimonial Slide (each item)

Testimonial group:

  • Reviewer Picture: The reviewer's photo. You can upload an image or paste an image URL.
  • Picture Alt Text: Alt text for the photo.
  • Reviewer Name: The reviewer's name.
  • Role / Position: The reviewer's job title or role.
  • Testimonial: The quote.
  • Company Logo: An optional company or brand logo.

Rating group:

  • Rating: 0 to 5 stars. Default is 5 stars.

Meta group:

  • Verified: Shows a verified badge next to the name. On by default.
  • Date: Free text such as "1 month ago".
  • Social Network: None, Facebook, Google, X (Twitter) or Trustpilot. Shows a network badge on the avatar.
  • Social Profile URL: Links the reviewer name and avatar to a profile.

Card Skin

  • Card Skin: Bubble, Card, Centered, Image Top, Header + Logo or Minimal. Bubble is the default.

Elements

Toggles that show or hide parts of every card: Show Rating, Show Caption, Truncate Caption (Read more), Show Reviewer Picture, Show Reviewer Name, Show Verified Badge, Show Role, Show Date, Show Social Badge and Show Company Logo. All are on by default.

Slides

  • Slides to Show: How many testimonials are visible at once. Default is 3. You can set a different value for tablet and phone.
  • Slides to Scroll: How many slides move each time the slider advances. Default is 1.
  • Gap Between Slides: Default is 15px.

Autoplay & Motion

  • Autoplay: On by default.
  • Autoplay Delay: How long each slide stays before advancing. Default is 3000ms.
  • Transition Speed: Default is 600ms.
  • Infinite Loop: Loops back to the first slide after the last. On by default.
  • Transition Easing: The easing curve of the slide animation.

Autoplay pauses while the pointer is over the slider.

Interaction

  • Drag / Swipe: Lets visitors drag or swipe between slides. On by default.
  • Center Active Slide: Keeps the active slide centered, with the neighboring slides peeking in. Off by default.

Arrows & Dots

  • Show Arrows: Previous and next arrows. On by default.
  • Show Dots: Pagination below the slider. Off by default.
  • Pagination Style: Dots or Numbers.

Design Tab

  • Card: Background, border, box shadow and spacing of each testimonial card.
  • Bubble (Bubble skin): Background and border of the speech bubble. It applies to the Bubble skin.
  • Rating Stars: Star Color and Star Size.
  • Arrow Style, Dot Style, Dot Position and Number Style: Colors, sizes and position of the arrows and pagination. Number Style applies when Pagination Style is Numbers.
  • Carousel Spacing: Space above and below the slider.
  • On each Testimonial Slide, the Name, Role & Date and Quote groups style the text.

Tip

Show one testimonial at a time for long quotes. Show two or three at a time for short one-liners. Set Slides to Show for tablet and phone separately so the cards stay readable.
