Form Submissions
Form Submissions stores entries from your Divi contact forms in one dashboard inbox. Divi normally emails each entry and keeps no copy; with tracking on, every entry is also saved on your site, so nothing is lost to a spam filter and you can search, export, and clean up at any time.
Requirements
- Divi Torque Pro is active.
- At least one Divi Contact Form module sits on a published page. Forms from other plugins have their own storage and are not tracked here.
Enable submissions for a form
- Add a Contact Form module to a page with the Divi builder and publish the page. Give the module an admin label in the builder; that label becomes the form's name in your inbox.
- In the WordPress dashboard, go to Divi Torque → Submissions.
- Click Track a form. The dialog lists every Divi contact form found on your published pages.
- Tick the forms you want and click Track.
Entries are stored from the moment you track a form. Submissions made before that are not recovered, and entries that fail Divi's own spam checks are never stored.
Read, export, and delete entries
The Submissions screen lists every tracked form with its page and entry count. Click a form to open its entries:
- Read an entry. Click a row to open the full submission with every field.
- Export CSV. Exports the selected entries, or all of them when nothing is selected.
- Delete. Select entries and delete them in bulk. Deletion is permanent.
Troubleshooting
- A form is missing from the Track a form dialog. Make sure the page holding it is published, and that the form is Divi's own Contact Form module. Reload the Submissions screen after publishing.
- A tracked form shows no entries. Only submissions made after tracking started are stored. Submit a test entry on the live page to confirm the pipeline.
- The form was rebuilt or moved. Divi assigns forms a new internal id when they are recreated. Track the new form from the dialog; the old one keeps its stored entries.
